On iPad even more so than on the main Windows/Mac application, the big images shown with Genres are taking up too much screen estate. In my opinion, way too much scrolling is needed to get to the desired Genre.
Clicking “view all” helps, but this option doesn’t stick. I like how the main Genres are broken down into subgenres, but propose adding an option in settings that makes these genres appear in a simple list, more in the Sooloos manner.
It could still be set to default to the current display after a fresh install, as long as the option is there for plain text, perhaps with thumbnails.
