Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Please also verify the following:
- Since installing have you tried power cycling your Core machine and networking hardware?
- Is only one remote unable to connect, or are all unable to connect?
