The three dot menu with the folders connected is not popping up on my iPad, while the Android device - a Huawei M5 tablet - is working fine.

Ben with the support team here, thanks for writing in! I wanted to check in to see if you were still running into issues here? If so, I would first remove and reinstall the app, and let me know if the issue persists. 
Hi Ben, the issue is still present. Also after removing and installing the app. But, while playing around I found, when tapping 1,5 cm left from the vertical three dots it does work. I.e. focus is not on the three dots for some reason (iPad Air 2). Focus on my Android device is right on the three dots.
