My iPad M4 will not connect to Roon and if it doesn’t I will not pay for this service.

Describe your network setup

I have a Nucleus One . It will not connect to my new iPad Pro. If it will not I’m done here.

You haven’t provided any basic information for the user community or the support team to try and help you.

Its obvious you have a Nucleus One server and an IPAD M4.

Can you provide information on your internal Network?

How is the server connected to the network?

Have you had the server working and able to control it with another remote device?

We can certainly help you with this problem. However we need more information in order to do so. Please answer the questions that @Mike_LC asked and we will happily move forward with troubleshooting.

Please note that Roon staff will be out of the office on December 24th-26th & January 1st in observance of the Christmas & New Years holiday period. Additionally, we will have limited staff available on December 27 & 30/31st . Thank you for your understanding and Happy Holidays to all!
