Description of Issue

I bought an iPad mini but Roon doesn’t scale properly on this device. There are black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. How do I fix that?

We’re so sorry to have missed on your post for this long. Would you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

Have you tried:

  • uninstalling the Roon Remote App
  • restarting your iPad mini
  • reinstalling the Roon Remote App
