IPad not connecting to Core

Windows Surface Pro 4 Windows 10; Roon v 1.7 build 710

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
BT Mesh WiFi

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Bluesound Node 2i Roon endpoint

Description Of Issue
I am a New user on a trial. Roon from the Surface Pro 4 is working fine. Trying to use iPad, I cannot connect to Roon Core (the surface pro).

The iPad does see the core initially if I close the Roon program in Windows and open it up again. However it cannot connect. Then it stops seeing the Core altogether.

Can you add some information for you network connections? Is the Surface Pro 4 core machine wired to the primary router or wireless?

Hi @Barton_Facey,

Is the Core connected via WiFi or Ethernet?

Do you have any other remote devices? Are they connecting okay?
