Description Of Issue

Music was paused last night on the IPAD Pro 9.7 and the device was used for other apps. Selected the Roon app this morning and it was still on the queue screen but not functioning. The queue page would move up and down but did not have any page control arrows at the top. Could not clear the queue, change zones or back out.

Not IPAD literate, didn’t know how to terminate the app to get a fresh copy. Power cycled the IPAD and new Roon app worked fine.

Have not had this issue with previous Roon Remote versions so thought it was worth reporting.

Double press the button and all open apps will present themselves in a matrix for you to select or close. Swipe them up to kill them. Roon can play up when too many apps are open.

Hi @Mike_LC,

Thanks for the report and glad to hear that since re-installing the app, everything seems stable. Yes, you can double click the home button or “swipe up and hold” to force quit an iOS app.
