iPad unable to connect to Nucleus after Panamax reset (ref#6WPDC8)

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon Server app in the taskbar (MacOS), task manager (Windows) or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

My Ipad says the nucleus is ready, I click on connect but it doesn't. I just used it a few days ago, never had this problem before. I don't know where the server is with all my Meridian equipment. What can I do to get it to connect. I shut my Panamax off which I assume would also shut off the Roon server as directed.

I am using an Ipad to connect software version 12.5.7. Luxul Epic 5 router and XWC2000 wireless.

Thanks for your message. It looks like you are running an older version of your Nucleus, can you please try to pefrom an operating system reinstall via the Web UI and let us know if this helps?

Since I can’t get into roon, including on my computer how can I get to update the OS? For some reason I can connect on my IPhone but before doing anything I think they want me to backup my database. How do I do that?
