Describe the issue

ROON remote works well on 2 win10 PC, well on my iphone15, but since I updated to IOS 26 on my iPad 12.9 in, I can no more use that iPad because it does not find the roonserver even if I can easily find it on a browser on the iPad.
I use Tailscale for ARC. IT's OK.
I have Tailscale on my phone as required.
When the iPad remote search for the server with the real IP, not recognized, but it seems to search for another address, liquely.
What can I try now ?

Good day @Jacques_Legrand !

Since your Roon Remote works fine on other devices and the issue started right after the iPadOS 26 update it’s likely related to iPad network permissions or discovery settings rather than your Roon Core or Tailscale setup. Here’s what you can try :

  1. Check Local Network Access :

• Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network.

• Make sure Roon is enabled there. iPadOS sometimes disables this after major updates.

  1. Reset Roon’s network permissions:

• Delete the Roon Remote app.

• Reboot the iPad.

• Reinstall the app from the App Store (this forces iOS to reprompt for network permissions)

  1. Manual connection test:

In the Roon app, go to the connection screen → tap Help → enter IP from the server manually.

Let us know please whether it has worked for you.

Thanks!

Regards.

Effectively, Roon was no more enabbled and the correction you suggested solved my problem,
Thank you
