A few things to check
iOS requires explicit permission for apps to communicate with other devices on your home network.
“AP Isolation” (or “User Isolation”) prevents wireless devices from seeing other devices on the same network, which will block Roon discovery.
192.168.100.1 or 192.168.3.1).Roon uses multicast signals to “find” the server. Some Huawei ONTs have these disabled by default to save bandwidth.
192.168.100.x).Hello @Jose_Leynes,
@Mr.Flibble has provided an excellent list of troubleshooting steps above.
Could you please give those recommendations a try and let us know if they resolve the issue for you?
Thanks.
Hi @Jose_Leynes,
Diagnostics from our account servers show a device matching the description in your post might have connected with RoonServer in the last few days.
Are we correct in our assumption that this issue is resolved? If you’re still encountering intermittent connection problems, please let us know.
Thanks!
