Describe the issue

Hi
While Roon is ok wiz my iPhone 12 or Mac book ( roon is running on a SilentÀngel Rhein) , my new iPhone 17 is unable to find it 🧐

Hello @jeancharlescouet ,

Can you please navigate to iOS Settings → Apps → Roon, and ensure that Local Network Access is turned on?

Hi @jeancharlescouet,

Let us know if you’ve been able to run through the above response. Thank you!

To ensure you’re equipped to troubleshoot from here:

  1. please double-check that Local Network access is permitted for Roon on iOS by following the steps @noris shared two posts above.

  2. go to Settings → WiFi and click on your network. Unselect the option for Private WiFi Address, in case it’s interfering with Roon’s device discovery.

lf you need to request additional help, simply reach out in a new tech support request here (select “other” and reference this thread URL):

We’ll merge the conversations accordingly. Thank you and happy listening.
