I have the same issue with iPhone 12 Pro Max. Plays for about 5 seconds then shuts down the app. Tried re-installing but just the same.

Hello @Robert_Matthews, are your other remotes working without this issue? Lastly, could you please try opening the app again and replying to this thread with a timestamp (in your local time) when you do? I’d like to enable diagnostics for your device and take a look at the crash. Thanks!
