Just got started on 14 days trial. Almost every time i try to connect with my Iphone 7 I get the message “Lost connection” There is no problem with the core on my Mac Book Pro.

Moving forward, to help aide in our understanding of what could be going on with your iPhone 7, may I very kindly ask you to please provide the following:
Was the device ever able to connect to your core machine?
Do you have “accept connections from remote” enabled on your core machine?
Have you tried reinstalling the application on the remote?
When you are presented with the “lost connection” screen on the iPhone does any of the following allow the device to connect…
It seems to be running better now after I did test 1 and test 2
