Hi @Everett_White,

Thank you for your post.

For due diligence, please first ensure that Roon’s processes are safelisted in the Microsoft Defender firewall and also the BitDefender Exclusion list. Roon updates tend to appear as new binaries to antivirus software, and can cause them to quarantine RAATServer or RoonServer.

In your iOS settings on the phone and tablet, double-check that your WiFi Private Address is set to “Fixed.” You can find this option in the Wi-Fi details menu by clicking on your home WiFi network in Settings.

Do you have a mesh network in this setup, or any access points beyond the main router?

We’ll watch for your reply. Thank you!

Hi @Everett_White,

We’re going to merge this thread with your other post to ensure you’ve seen our response. Please stand by. Thank you!

Where can I find my thread now? I do not find a reply or solution to my issue.

I have added Roon as an exception in my Bitdefender Antivirus Plus. I also tried turning off Bitdefender.Neither has worked to allow me to find my Roon Server via my iPhone.

And I deleted my Roon app from my phone and reinstalled it.

One more thing. Roon has been working fine with the setup I have until about two days ago. Nothing in my system has changed since it was working fine.

One more piece of information. I can use Roon from my computer. The only issue is my iPhone and iPad cannot find my Roon Server.

I do not see any response.

I am not seeing any response. Please let me know if you are still connected and will be helping me solve this issue. Thanks!

I have been online waiting for a reply for more than 30 minutes. What should I do to get a reply?

Please respond to my messages. I have been trying to get some help now for over 30 minutes.

Is anyone available to help me resolve this issue? I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes.

I’m still standing by. Please respond and let me know how much longer I will have to wait to get some support. Thank you!

I am following your request to not inititate a new service request, but am getting very frustrated by the lack of response to my current service request. Please resond with an update at least to let me know you are working on my request.

By the way, I have tried connecting to my Roon Server by ip address. That does not work.

HELP! I’m being held captive by Roon! No response for over 30 minutes. Is anyone listening?

I see in an earlier communication that you merged my two requests into one. That communication also says that my request is “closed.” I assume that is the one that was merged, but that the merged request is not closed. Is that correct?

I’m not seeing any response. Right now my iPhone app is “Looking for your Roon Server” and after I input the ip address it is still “looking for your Roon Server” Please respond to my request for help with this issue. Thank you!
