Description of Issue

It was working yesterday, however, today the “dashboard” for the library on my iPhone and iPad shows no music is available and has zero history. The message

“you don’t have any albums in your library” shows.

Under the storage tab, Folders, the correct folder shows and if I try and add it, the system tells me it is already added. When I go to add folder, the correct listed folder shows and the folder listing shows all albums, there are 1741 of them. Force rescan made no difference. The correct audio devices are visible.

Hopefully a simple fix, thank you.

I would reboot the roon core. It sounds like it isn’t refreshing properly.
I’ve had similar and a reboot fixes it. Not an ideal solution, but hard to chase down why sometimes.
I’m not with support though, just offering up ideas.
Hope it helps.

Many thanks Paul. I have rebooted the server a number of times, as well as restarting the iPhone and iPad with no success, unfortunately. I appreciate your suggestion.
