Hello @Arun_Mittal,

Thank you for the clarification.

Just to set expectations correctly: the most recent Roon update was released about 30 days ago, so we’d like to better understand what changed around the time this issue started.

When you mentioned a “recent update”, could you please clarify:

  • Was there a recent iOS update on the iPhone?
  • An update to the Roon app on the iPhone via the App Store?
  • Any router / Wi-Fi firmware updates or network changes?

As a quick check in parallel, could you please also try the following:

  1. Fully uninstall the Roon app from the iPhone
  2. Restart the iPhone
  3. Reinstall the Roon app from the App Store and try connecting again

Additionally, please let us know:

  • Your iPhone model
  • The iOS version currently installed

This information will help us determine whether the issue is related to the iOS client, the server, or the network environment.

Thank you — we’ll continue from there once we have these details.

was room app update on iPhone

iphone modeling 15 max pro
have performed the delete, switch off, re-installation app., same situation - red dot and connecting…no success !

Good day @Arun_Mittal !

Can you please clarify for us whether you can sign in to your nucleus from any other device so the problem is specific to your iPhone only or it is happening on every device ?

Looking forward to your reply.

Regards.

yes, i can sign in from any other device and schiebe the same status as with my iPhone!

Confirmed, with Samsung S25 I am able to connect to the Roon (& Play). However, with my 15 Pro MAX , still not able to connect. Have already rebooted the iPhone and as well reinstellen the Roon app…still no luck, just says „connecting…“ and red dot stays….

Hi @Arun_Mittal,

Sorry to hear your issues still persist! If you could, access your iOS settings > privacy & security > local network, and re-toggle Roon off and on, and see if you’re able to connect after?

Done! all working fine again! Thank you!
