iPhone - Audio Endpoint Missing

I have the same problem with an iPad.

Endpoint iPad stops playback

The problem happened again. And I have also some issue with the application. I made a record that you can watch here : Application crashing You can see, I was unable to choose the iPad as a zone.

I tried to disconnect/connect the DAC, refresh the audio device without success.
