Describe the issue

Hi, I am not able to find my room server on my iPhone. I can find it just fine on my iPad.

Describe your network setup

Normal internet with a WiFi router but the roon server on my Mac is on ethernet

Hi @Micah_Sze,

Some troubleshooting steps to try …

  1. In the iPhones settings make sure Roon has access to the LAN.

  2. Check and confirm that your iPhone is connected to the same subnet as your Roon Server.

  3. Install a LAN scanner App like Fing on your iPhone and make sure it can find the MacOS device that Roon Server is running on.

Hope this helps, if not Roon support will be along after the weekend to help diagnose / resolve the issue.

Thanks! I was able to download Fing and see the roon server - I found the settings on my phone had disabled local access to the network which was buried under the roon settings on my iPhone! Thanks again for your help!
