Hello @Louis_Schmukler ,

macOS Sequoia (version 15), has tighter (and more obfuscated) network security settings than preceding MacOS versions.

Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network, and make sure Roon and Roon Server are allowed.

If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.

Hi @Louis_Schmukler,

We’re going to tentatively mark the post above as a Solution since it solves the vast majority of reports here on Community. We see in diagnostics that your RoonServer has been active since the initial report.

Roon isn’t the only software affected by Sequoia’s more draconian LAN-access restrictions. The team is investigating longer-term solutions, but you might have to retoggle local network access in Privacy & Security after Roon updates or MacOS updates in the meantime.

Thank you!
