iPhone will not connect to core

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Desktop PC / Windows 10 / Linksys WRT 199 router / build #?

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
LAN via ethernet / wifi via router (see above) iPhone 8 remote.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Audio is chromcast to LG oled tv then to preamp via optic cable \ tvis connected via ethernet to router.

Description Of Issue
iPhone 8 roon app will not connect to core on pc (connection failed error) system worked fine until I changed to new ISP.

  1. Make sure iphone is connected to your Wifi.
  2. I suggest you to check you router’s settings and see if it has any firewalls enabled there. If yes - try to disable them.
  3. If your router has “IGMP Proxying” and/or “IGMP Snooping” settings, try to toggle it on and off
  4. You might also want to try temporary disable all router’s features related to smart management of the network traffic.
