Describe your network setup

Unifi UDM Pro via a Unifi switch. I have Roon on a PC on a VLAN with the sonos speakers. I can 't get the speakers to work, nor Roon Arc. I have manually port forwarded and upnp.

Thanks for reaching out to us to ask about this issue. The error you posted indicates that port forwarding was unsuccessful. We could try to diagnose your port forwarding settings and see what might have gone wrong. However an easier option would be for you to use Tailscale to connect ARC to your server. This article will walk you through that process. If you’d prefer to troubleshoot port forwarding instead let us know and we will help you out with that.
