There was an update yesterday which I duely installed. When creating queues,. Roon is just completely confused. It may play a bit of the queue, then start again. Or it will simply play tracks over and over unable to move forward. Or at the end of a queue it will revert to a few tracks back ratehr than start radio.
Yikes! ![]()
I take it you tried rebooting?
I just have, seems like a daily requirement with roon now.
Are your queues primarily composed of Qobuz tracks?
If so, it will be related to the on going issue that Roon and Qobuz are working on to resolve.
See this pinned topic for details and updates from Roon …
If not I’d recommend submitting a technical support request …
To equip the Roon Technical Support team to assist you directly, please follow this link to provide the details of your case to Technical Support: Technical Support Request
Respond to the prompts there to ensure that you’ve performed basic troubleshooting and to ensure Technical Support has the full details necessary to expedite Technical Support’s investigation into the case.
Your responses will create a ticket on Roon’s support tracking system and auto-generate a Community thread in the appropriate section.
Because this Community thread will be in a public forum, please do not include any personal information, such as your email address, postal address or telephone number in your submission.
Thank you.
Did the reboot help?
I haven’t updated yet (waiting for Roon to clarify what is current iOS version). I’m already having issues with Qobuz (wrong added dates) and Roon hosing up my Recent Activity screens (practically useless now
), so I’m not looking to add another issue by updating if possible! ![]()
I dont have quboz I do have tidal.
Yes. a reboot has fixed it. I rebooted last night as well though and it came back. But it would appear to only be me, so I dont know.
FWIW I didnt even need a queue persay, just putting on an album and it would repeat what ever I started from. However they were all tidal thinking about it.
