Is it helpful to tag FLAC files with MusicBrainz?

I’m currently a Kodi user, and I started tagging my collection with MusicBrainz. About half my collection has been run through MusicBrainz Picard so far. I am switching to Roon. Is it worthwhile to tag the rest of my collection have my mostly FLAC collection tagged by MusicBrainz? I have a lot of SACD, DVD-A, deluxe editions, etc in my collection.

I would wait to see how many albums Roon identifies first. Then you can process the exceptions. Correct file tags certainly assist Roon in identifying albums (see this KB article), but you may not have to do that work on every album.
