Hi @AndyR, Unfortunately, @AndyR’s explanation is correct. Our streaming service providers maintain massive libraries of track files provided by distributors, and occasional irregularities with volume leveling do occur with Tidal content. This is outside of Roon’s control, but we work hard with our streaming service partners to iron out these irregularities and we appreciate you bringing this particular example to light.
