I really wanted tolisten to Ray Charles’s Modern Sounds In Country And Western Music, Vols 1 & 2 and while it was on Qobuz, it was unavailable on Roon / Qobuz.
It says “This track currently not available from Qobuz.” Then it says “Too many failures. Stopping playback.” Well, there never was any playback.
I have logged out an in of: Roon Server, Qobuz app, and Qobuz on Roon.
Any ideas?
I am moving this to Support as it looks to be a back end issue.
The album has the listed errors above, US region. However, the album does play in the Qobuz app.

Thank you for the report. Can you please share a screenshot of both a) the Album page, including file format and b) the Signal Path within Roon for this album?
The team hasn’t been able to reproduce so far with the 24/48 FLAC version available on Qobuz. If you have a timestamp of the most recent failure, we’ll activate logging and pinpoint the failure.
Qobuz had a 96/24 version of the album with missing tracks, which has now been replaced by the 48/24 version that seems OK.
