When one has the Roon parametric EQ active, is output still available through WASAPI? It sounds like it is from reading about Roon’s features, but I want to make sure here.

Use of Roon DSP doesn’t disable any of the audio outputs. DSP settings are configured for each output individually. You may find the Knowledge Base and Help Centre useful.
