Is there a tutorial for setting up Roon ARC in a car?

I have been hearing about Roon Arc and I’d like to get it in my car but I have no idea how to proceed. Please advise.

Do you have CarPlay ?

If not I think Bluetooth is the only way at the moment

Yep, Have Car Play in the car (2024 Hyundai Iconic 6).

Or Android Auto, or plug into the AUX In if the car has it.

Well, my iMac says that I have ARC set up and ready but my iPhone returns an error message: “There’s an issue with your Ron Server - Your Roon Server is online but there’s an issue that’s preventing access. Go to the Roon App for more information.”

The Roon App on my iPhone connects to Roon on my computer (iMac M1) but there is no “more information.”

So I’m still stopped. Anyone have a suggestion?

A quick search of the forums suggests deleting the ARC app from the phone and then reinstalling helps other users…

There are tremendous resources online about Arc. I find it easiest to use a browser like search engine like Google and type inquires like “Roon Arc Setup”. This will search not only guides but postings in the forum. You can also add “forum” in your search if you want to see questions from other audiophiles

Arc takes so time to get used to but I find it a useful add-on to Roon.
