Is there a way to download a tag in ARC?

Hi everyone,

I have my music library sorted by tags and would like to download an entire tag in the app and then shuffle it later.
I can’t seem to find a way to download an entire tag. I would have expected a tag to be its own section on the top level like in the desktop application, but instead tags seems to be a “filter” and not its own thing that can be downloaded.
Or am I missing something here?
For now I have worked around this by replacing my tags with Playlists as those can be downloaded but I prefer using tags because playlists allow duplicates and I use tags to rate my songs, so I need the 1:1 relation to see which ones I have already rated.

The attached screenshot shows what I see in the app when I filter all tracks by a tag and press the “…” Menu at the top right. I would have expected there to be a download button next to the play & shuffle. Is there any way to download the tag?

I’m on android if that matters.

No but you can create a smart playlist, add the tag to it, then download the smart playlist in ARC

That’s weird though. If I go to albums in Arc, and select a Tag to bring up all albums with that specific tag I can select the 3 dots in the top right and download all of the albums. It should work. It does for me.

Interesting. True, this works for me with albums too, but earlier I tried it with tracks, following the OP‘s example, and it’s not there. Then I didn’t look in albums :slight_smile:
