Is there a way to find out the size of a database backup?

No, it’s normal: RoonServer_log.txt is the name of the current file.

ah, ok I shoulda looked. I see it now.

@Dirk-Pitt
Not sure if it means anything but did your database directory explode, also?

It may, and only may be related to the current memory leak with the current production build.

It could equally not be related.

No, no change.

I’ll post a message for support, probably tomorrow. I need to get it ready.

Ultimately, this size means nothing.
The backup is incremental.
My drive must simply be full.
I’ll reduce the number of backups kept and find another storage method.
Thank you to those who took the time to respond. dp.

Edit scheduled backup

Backup period
How often to conduct the backup. If the backup fails,
Roon will try again the next day. If the backup succeeds.
Roon will try again after this period.

Time to start backups
Backups will always start at this time.

Number of backups to keep
These backups are incremental, so they shouldn't
consume a lot of disk storage. Valid values are 2 - 99

Backup location This is where you want your database to be backed up
to. We will create a folder called "RoonBackups" in the
folder you choose, and that folder can support backing
up multiple Roon Servers.
