I’m looking for an easy way to find all the albums that I have duplicates of?
Be it different resolutions (hi-rez, red book, mp3) or even real duplicates.
I would like to be able to decide which ones to keep and which ones to delete.
Is that possible?

Use focus and select duplicates. Simple as that.

Got it! I hadn’t drilled into inspector. One last newbie question: what does a 
️ signify in the bottom left of an album or to the left of a track number?
Those are editorial “Picks”, which come from AllMusic.

I would recommend just having a play around. Check out what buttons do. It is not a hugely complex UI compared to some apps. Not much to break.
