Issue loading library when starting Roon (ref#NKOUD2)

When starting, it reports an issue loading the library

Ubiquiti. Not network related.

Try, to follow the guide below:

Done that.
Also reinstalled Roon - no help
Also uninstalled Roon, removed Libraries for Roon and Roonserver, and reinstalled Roon - all no help.
Even with fresh install, option to run server locally fails with the same error

Which then would point to a hardware related issue when even a new empty database can’t be read without errors. You may wait until later when official support staff is picking up your case but In my opinion you should start looking at your hardware (RAM, disk). Try to run test software to determine its status.

its a MacBook Pro with no issues whatsoever…

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out! I have gone ahead and activated diagnostics for your account and what this does is upload a set of logs for review to our servers. I am not seeing any signs of corruption in these logs, have you been able to resolve the issue after reaching out to us? Please let us know when possible, thanks!

I did indeed - only after removing the cache from the Library and a restart did the local server generation work…
