"issue loading your database" 2-6-17


I got the “issue loading your database message” on my Windows 10 system after running version 1.3 successfully for about a week.

Roon’s folders appear to be in the usual place and appear to have the usual contents.

I have a backup, in another designated folder, but don’t know how to load it, since Roon will not load beyond the “issue” message.

Previous posts on this topic by support staff all appear to refer to private messages to he users. Help would be appreciated.
