Describe the issue
I was not able to enter correct answers above because my situation is not covered. I have an Aqua LinQ streamer with an HQPlayer module. I have a new DAC so he connection is now with single AES which does not allow play above 192 so such albums would not play. I had to reduce the level of resolution. I cannot do that for owned albums on Roon or with the LinQ but only with HQPlayer. I did that and they played at the lower resolution. However, later when I tried to play the same album again it would not play. Nor would anything else. I cannot use the LinQ at all
I tried redoing the HQPlayer selection in Roon. However, that didn't help. I feel I am doing something wrong. I checked the router. HQPlayer on the LinQ is in two modules. I am supposed to register "Core" in HQPlayer set-up on Roon then play with the other module. I find that only one module has an IP address on the router (Starlink). I rebooted and it switched to the other. I tried entering the non-Core module IP as another option but that didn't work either.
I have no comprehension of networking. Help is much appreciated.
