Describe the issue

I have all my dsd files entered on to an external GDrive slim. I had disconnect all inputs into Roon server. When I reconnect Roon server, ethernet and power, albums saved to internal drive came up on my Mac Pro Roon I have a nucleus nucleus rev B. out put from nucleus is usb to PS Audio dac.

Describe your network setup

but the external did not.

Did you try rebooting everything?

So there is nothing else on the drive – the drive effectively does not provide any proof that it works and the association with the DSD format is just by circumstance? Does the drive show in Roon at all?

If not, how is the drive formatted (file system used) and how is it connected to the Nucleus (USB or USB-C)?

There nothing on the drive but dsd music files.
When I plug in the usb A into my Mac ithe hard drive is shown on its screen.
And outputs the individual file to nucleus , its white light is flashing( as it did when counted to the Nucleus

We still need to know if the Nucleus recognizes the drive at all and only if so, if you did properly setup the drive as watched folder in Roon. See the guide I linked above for instructions.

Hey @John_Angelbeck,

Good to see you on the community again!

@BlackJack is correct in their statement above - it sounds like your issue is with your drive being properly recognized on your Nucleus.

Can you please share a screenshot of your Roon Settings>Storage?

This is also a crucial question - let us know the above information. :+1:

If you can, also bring your Nucleus back online and we’ll enable diagnostics on the device and review a fresh diagnostic report for additional information.

Thank you! :raised_hands:
