I did this from my iMac to Nucleus One after installing an internal SSD. Had the Roon app open on one side of the screen and Find on the other side. Then I just did a drag and drop from my music folder (in Find) with all my ripped CDs and dropped it in the main home tab in the Roon app. No problem at all.

Thank you for your help. Problem now solved which ended up being more about two core being open at once.
