Describe your network setup


This is indicative of the use of CG-NAT on the part of your ISP.

You may be able to contact the ISP and request a public (usually static) ip address (which will avoid CG-NAT). Once you are on a public ip address (rather than a 100.x.y.z one), then you should find that ARC will work.

Alternatively, or if the ISP can not offer a public ip address, you can use a Tailscale VPN to give ARC local network access to your Roon Server even when out and about. This is now a supported configuration and there is an article in the Roon Help Centre describing how to do it here:
