HI, Im testing using a virtual machine with linux on it installed amd Mac as host. The Ip im getting through Parallels isnt of the typical 192 kind and Roon is unable to use it. If I put the IP of the host machine even when removing previous port forwardind Id done it then wont connect to it.
Anyone else experience this?

Nonetheless, you may want to use bridge mode when setting up your virtual interface, since this will adopt the same subnet as your host machine. If you’ve configured port forwarding correctly in the router, it should work.
