Issue with Roon accounts logging into the wrong account (ref#FH0JU8)

Describe the issue

I have 2 Roon accounts/subscriptions under two different email addresses. Now when I try and log into one [Moderated](email1@gmail.com) of them it defaults to the other account [Moderated](email2@msn.com). I type in the email1 credentials and the email2 account is opened. I have lost all access to the email1 account. How do I get access to my second account back?

As a very first verification step, can you please type in (or copy and paste) the link below in a private / incognito browser window and try to log in first with one email, and then with the next?

It might be worth trying to reset the passwords for each account as well. You can do so here:
