Description of Issue

Hello
Roon Arc app can’t connect to my core though I follow the procedure on your page (router configuration, port configuration manually…). I don’t know what to do more to solve this issue :

Thanks for your help

What country are you in and what is your ISP?

I’m in France. My ISP is “free” but I use a tenda router wifi6 so the router of the Freebox is not used

@Vianney_Bouygues, it appears you have two internal networks, one with a set of IP addresses on 192.168.1.aaa and another with a set of IP addresses on 192.168.0.bbb. Roon works only when it is configured to one internal network, which would be the network you configure for ARC.

Can you explain your network configuration in more detail?

I have the ISP box (Freebox) connected with fiber. The Freebox is connected to a nova MX12 by RJ45 in order to have a mesh wifi6 network. The wifi of the Freebox is off. Then I have 2 others nova boxes in my house and the Roon nucleus is connected to one of them in RJ45. So I have only one functional network…
