What kind of Roon server are you running? On the same machine or a different one? Windows, Mac, ROCK, Nucleus, Linux?
Hi @Gordon_Lesforis ,
Lets see if refreshing your Roon database may help you:
Make a Backup of your current RoonServer Database (or if you have a recently saved backup, that will work as well)
Exit out of RoonServer
Navigate to your RoonServer’s Database Location
Find the folder that says “RoonServer”
Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old”
Reinstall the RoonServer App from our Downloads Page to generate a new RoonServer folder
On the Roon Remotes, press “Use another Roon Server” and connect to the new database
Hi when i try to uninstall roon i get this error message below.
please quite all instances of roonserver before continuing
please advise

You need to explicitly quit the server, which is a separate program from the control GUI, so closing the latter is not enough:
You should have a Roon icon in the system tray, bottom right. (If you don’t see it, look in the tray‘s ^ menu). Click (or right click?) it and quit Roon Server from there:

I’m in, thankyou all for your help.
enjoy the rest of your day
