Issue with setting up Devialet Pro 250 connected to QNAP 251 via USB

Hi

I’m having a trouble setting up Devialet Pro 220 (not yet updated to Infinity Core), which is connected to my QNAP 251 via USB.

Music player on QNAP does play back on Devialet, yet Roon remote couldn’t find Devialet… Roon remote finds Devialet Phantom no problem on my network. QNAP is running Roon Server no problem either…

Couldn’t figure out if it is QNAP or Roon settings…

Are you able to test if the Devialet Phantom is available if the RoonServer is running on a standard linux (or Rock) system? I am assuming this is due to linux with specific DACs…

Have you enabled the Devialet in Settings>Audio?

yes, if you mean Roon settings. it does see my Phantom (via wifi), but not Expert (connected via USB to NAS, where RoonServer resides)…

Would need to check with my Devialet dealer then. thanks anyway

I have the same identical system (Devialet Expert 220 pro and TS251 NAS) and have roonserver installed
All connected via Ethernet. Connects perfectly and instantly.
