In the playlists menu, some cannot be launched, the blue button “play” is inactive. And does not show additional functions. The playlist can only be launched from the general list, highlighting it.
To confirm, do you have the same zone actively set when you run into this issue? What happens if you set up the system output of your iPhone or other remote device?
Do you only have issues with Qobuz playlists?
I’d safely stop Roon Server from running, and then reboot both your ROCK and your router, and let me know if you experience the same issue. Thank you!

This problem is observed on any control device - MacBook, iPhone. This happens more often with Qobuz playlists, less often with Tidal. When the playlist of the tidal is synchronized (updated), the menu appears, but manual synchronization of the service does not help. With playlists of Qobuz, this happens less often. Reloading the router and server does not help solve the issue.
The most interesting thing is that the menu is actively if the playlist is open in the Qobuz section of the main menu. But not actively if the same playlist is opened in the Playlists of the main menu in the Qobuz section.
