Just another users here, not Roon support.

I don’t see any mention of what device your Roon Server is running on.

Please provide more information on your setup, Roon server, Roon remote

Diagnostics indicate you have two RoonServer machines. Which one are you attempting to use here?

Content blockers are the most common cause of SSO login failures; disable any adblockers in your default browser and try again.

Can you log in via our accounts page itself instead of the Roon app?

On your MacOS machines running Sequoia, make sure you have enabled local network access for RoonServer in Privacy & Security → Local Network.
