Description of Issue -

What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

Roon ARC is not able to complete the test to connect remotely. I have confirmed that UPnP is enabled on the Araknis router. Here is the error I am getting:

{

“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:503,“error”:“”},

“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“108.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“108.aaa.bbb.ccc”},

“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},

“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“10.150.121.1”,“found_upnp”:true}

}

Hi @Steven_Zeisler,

Please try disabling OpenVPN and attempting autoconfiguration again. The error presented in Roon → ARC → Settings suggests it might be responsible here.

We’ll proceed from there. Thanks!
