To start, may I kindly ask that you please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide. Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
May I also ask that you please confirm the following:
- When you’re experiencing this behavior are you still able to use your Roon Core to play music?
- Do you experience the same behavior with other remote devices?
- Have you tried rebooting your Core machine, remote device, and any applicable networking hardware?
- Is your Roon app up to date on the iPhone and Core machine?
