· Ok, new to roon, do have a little history here. Problem, just move to new home and everything has been disconnected for 6 months. Third party (professionals) has reconnected and seems like nothing is working correctly. Anyone who’s gone thru this, can you supply me a guideline on what I need to recheck for appropriate connections. Anything will help. Thank you. Seems like I’ve lost my entire library in the Titan but have most of it on my pc.
Tell us about your home network
· Home network, Eero routers pro 7 , Eero Poe gateways(2)
We have been through the diagnostics from your Titan, and the picture there is better than your message suggests.
Your music is on the Titan’s internal drive, about 127 GB of it, and Roon can see it. The storage shows as online. You also played from it on 18 September, both to your PS Audio zone and to your iPhone, so the drive, the library and the path to your speakers were all working two days ago.
That does not match “lost my entire library”, so we are missing something, and it is probably something you can see on screen that we cannot see in the logs.
Could you tell us specifically what is wrong when you open Roon? For example: how many albums it shows you and how many it should, whether particular albums are missing, whether a zone will not play, or whether something shows an error message.
One other thing. There is a Samsung T7 drive plugged into the Titan and it is empty, 27 MB used out of 931 GB. Did you connect that, and was it supposed to have music on it?
Since you mentioned that you have an Eero mesh network in this setup, we have a few recommendations to ensure that multicast traffic forwards properly between nodes. Please see here and let us know if you have any questions.
It sounds like you might be having problems with actual playback. Is there a Zone that doesn’t reliably play, or keeps dropping out? Please share the name of the speaker or Zone here, or the name of a track that recently dropped out. We can pinpoint the event in logs and help narrow down a cause and a solution.
Additionally, you can visit our broader recommendations for network topology in case you want to rewire this setup to support Roon better. We are, of course, happy to help with this in granular detail, but keep in mind that this tech support request thread will auto-close shortly without any new responses. You can reactivate it anytime here.
What is the best way to hook up my Titan with a ps audio streamer and Dac MK 2 for best audio.? Titan to streamer to Dac, Titan to Dac all feeds to a krell Processor.
The Titan is connected to my network but on my PC in the files under network the Titan doesn’t show up. It used too. I could cut and paste music files from my iTunes library right into the Titan. Why isn’t my pc seeing the Titan on the network.
Thank you for the update. Windows 10 and 11 block the guest login that the Titan uses for its shared music folder by default, which can stop a PC from connecting to it.
Please type this address directly into the File Explorer address bar and enter Guest for both the user name and password if prompted: \\NUCLEUSTITAN\Data\Storage\InternalStorage
If you get a connection error or the password prompt keeps coming back, the Windows settings that need changing are covered here (Group Policy for Pro, PowerShell for Home):

, also show how to map the Titan as a drive letter so it stays in File Explorer.
