Hi, I am extremely unhappy with Roon lately: TIDAL often does not work with Roon anymore, Arc does not work and when I try to re-install it the download takes AGES! What's wrong with your product??

DSL, speedtest more than enough, AVM fritzbox, new macbook connected via LAN - everything else works superbe apart from Roon!

Please first elaborate on the problems you’ve been having with Tidal. Are you encountering playback issues? Or are you having problems with browsing, playlists, or Roon features?

First off, diagnostics indicate you have several Roon Remotes running outdated builds. Please update to the latest Roon release to ensure the best performance.

While a newer machine might offer tempting processing power, remember that a hardwired ethernet connection is essential on your RoonServer machine in a Roon environment prepared for high-resolution playback. An ethernet connection helps prevent interference when content downloads from external servers (like Tidal’s) and distributes to your Zones.
