Description of Issue

Suddenly this morning it crashed while I was listening to some music.
I deleted Roon, reinstalled MacOs and Roon but it’s still crashing when I tried to open the application.
Already tried 5x times to start Roon but it keeps on crashing. No time to do anything.
Roon was always up to date and I never experience this kind of crashes.

To complicate things now this is my situation:

I’m not able to update the Roon Core.

I did the update for the Roon Remote (PC) but Roon Core is still crashing.
I can play the music just fine with BLUOS controller…
I don’t have time to restore a backup, it crashes immediately.
Can you help?

Hi, @Andrea_Campi, thank you for your post. Could you, please, follow the instructions described in this article and share your Roon logs from macOS machine affected by that issue?

Thanks!

Ivan

While I was looking at the Troubleshooting I also checked this one:

I deleted the Roon folder in Library and with the next restart Roon Core didn’t crash!

Everything’s fine now.

Cheers,
Andrea
