I am setting up Roon for the first time, and have successfully imported my iTunes music files from my Music folder, and have also imported my iTunes playlists using the XML file in the iTunes folder. So far so good. However, the play count shown in Roon for all tracks is zero; is there a way to import the play count information (which I thought would be in the XML file) to Roon?
Play counts don’t come across.

As @ged_hickman1 mentioned, Roon does not support importing play count information from iTunes.
Since this appears to be “working as designed” I would recommend also posting your suggestion in the 'feature request" section of the site.
Our product team and developers keep a close eye on that category, so that’s definitely the best place to propose a change like this and get feedback from the Community. Thanks!
