Now, let’s have a look at the album containing a track composed by Earl Burrows aka Jack Hammer:
Aldready confusion sets in - there are two composer links to Jack Hammer - one to the one Jack Hammer and the other to what one assumes is the Burroughs version. Only, one can’t be sure. Seeing as this track is also composed by Otis Blackwell I’m not sure how Roon’s treating it other than to have created a 2nd instance of Jack Hammer in its database.
Now let’s add an Earl Burroughs solo composition and see what transpires:
